Leadership Team
Selena Dorman, President
Excel is owned and operated by Selena Dorman, who has over thirty (30) years of staffing and personnel management experience. Selena has a Master’s Degree in Psychology and is a Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Certified Instructor. She oversees all operations and contracts within the corporation.
Lori Taylor, Director of Human Resources
Lori has a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and has over twenty (20) years of experience in recruitment and human capital administration. She oversees all human resource development within Excel including recruitment, training, credentialing and compliance issues. In addition, Lori serves as a liaison with clients.
Kim Cox, BSN, MS, Nurse Consultant
Kim has a Master’s Degree in Health Services - Leadership and Management from the University of Maryland. She oversees and directs all nursing operations within the organization.
Darlene S. Mullen, Director of Educational Services
Darlene has two Master’s Degrees in Curriculum Instruction of Mathematics and Special Education. She is also pursuing a PhD. In Education – Leadership in Curriculum and Instruction. Darlene oversees special education training, curriculum based instruction, classroom management and professional development.
Brenda Lee, Account Manager
Brenda has over twenty years of experience in staffing and health care administration. She specializes in recruitment, staffing and client relations.
Emily Staton, Account Manager
Emily has over twenty-five (25) years of experience in staffing and health care administration. She specializes in recruitment, staffing, and client relations. She is highly skilled with staff communication and compliance.
