Excel Staffing and Personnel Services is committed to providing quality healthcare staffing services. The past seventeen (17) years, Excel has staffed hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, schools, insurance companies, penal institutions assisted living facilities, hospice centers and doctors offices. Our services are tailored to our clients needs and include per diem, temporary to permanent, contractual and permanent placement positions.
Our highly skilled professionals include, registered nurses (RNs), licensed practical nurses (LPNs), certified nursing assistants (CNAs), certified geriatric nursing assistants (GNAs), certified medicine aides (CMAs), phlebotomists, medical assistants and patient care technicians (PCTs).
Excel is committed to providing quality staffing services. Prior to hiring, all healthcare professionals must complete employment application, attend face to face interview and orientation. In addition, all healthcare professionals must meet certain standards for placement.
Excel is a twenty-four (24) hour, seven (7) day a week, staffing service. A staffing professional, directly, receives calls and handles your staffing requests at the time of our clients’ needs.

We strive to ensure that our clients maintain the independence they desire while receiving the professional assistance required for that independence. All home care services are under the direct supervision of a registered nurse.
Excel is licensed as a residential service agency by the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, Office of Health Care Quality.

Excel has trained professionals who provide behavioral and instructional support for children who require Individual Education Plan (IEP) or Individual Service Family Plan (ISFP). Our staff are instrumental in implementing the IEP plan/program developed by the school’s special education team with input from the students’ parents/guardians, thereby assisting each student with accomplishing his/her academic goals. All employees are trained in CPI, non violent crisis intervention methods.
